Crap; doesnt work!

I purchased this for the torch.
The light on duration doesnt change, it just makes the display blank, and you have to hold the light button. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE DESCRIPTION STATES!!!

AND I PURCHASED THE PACKAGE.

$3.99 for a broken crackerjack toy. X-ray specks dont work either.
